my sister turned 26 today! old woman, OLD! :p
well i'm not very young myself. can't believe i'm turning 21 this year! LOLS
anyways, 2je, no matter how much you irritate me.
or how bitchy you may be sometimes, i love you still :) HAHA
may you be happy always, and may all your wishes come true! <3
♥ i heart you! ♥
well well, i did mention that i'm now a full time bummer. :)
and i'm loving it! it feels like high school again. during the school holidays!
i'll fall asleep at 4 a.m. and get my ass up at about 2 p.m. everyday.
and during the day, i don't do much but online, and watch telly.
and i'll be able to do so for another 6 months! if i don't work, that is! LOLS
so, what do i do for 6 months while waiting to leave to UK?
i was supposed to visit the people in AussieLand during april.
but their holidays are pretty different. and i do not know who's holiday i should follow.
Mum told me to wait for my sister KRie to come back, then we'll head to HK for holidays.
so in other words, i don't think i'll be going there anymore. ;(
and if i decide to not bum around anymore, i might be working in april.
my previous boss offered me a job, at PJLA, to join the events team.
i'll be able to start immediately in april till before i leave, if i want to.
and i'm still thinking if i should. i can only decide later since i'm enjoying my bummer life now.
or if you have any part-time jobs for me, do tell! hehe :)
well, i was really bored at home, i started cooking. or learning how to cook.
so far i've prepared two dishes. not much, but mind you, i've not cooked a proper dish before.
sad to say, i only know how to cook...rice, maggie, egg, potato salad, real simple stuff, and bake.
therefore, i'm pretty proud that i managed to cook proper dishes, and soon, a proper meal!
fyi i'm preparing myself for UK, and also to be a future housewife who can cook. HAHA :p
this is one of the dish that i made. it's called the Taiwan Chicken.
don't ask. i don't know why is it called Taiwan Chicken.
doesn't look very appealing. but it tasted just fine. and no tummy aches after that! LOLS
it's really simple to prepare. and if you love ginger, this would be perfect for you.
but if you're not ginger fan, it's not too bad either. i'm not a ginger fan, but i'm liking it :)
to cook this, you will need these ingredients :
1. chicken
2. ginger
3. kunyit
4. onion
5. chilli paste
6. taucu sauce (if you're not into taucu sauce, you can replace it with salt)
(did not mention about the measurement needed as it is entirely up to you! maybe you like less ginger? or more spicy?)
to prepare :
1. first, you cut the chicken into smaller pieces, and shove it into a pot.
2. then, you pound the ginger, kunyit and onion together, into very fine pieces.
3. when you're done, apply the pounded ingredients to the pot of chicken, and let it marinate.
4. after that, add chilli paste and taucu sauce into the pot of marinated chicken.
5. mix all the ingredients in the pot and you can now turn on the stove to medium and let it cook!
(it should be done after 20 minutes or so, as soon as the chicken is cook)
it's really simple to cook right? :) and simple ingredients too! no other seasoning needed.
i'm a lazy person, and will only learn to cook simple yet yummy dishes. LOLS!
another dish that i made is Tomato Prawns. also a very simple dish to cook.
however, i lost the picture :( but no fret! i'll be cooking that again real soon.
then i shall post about it. and if you're a bummer like me, maybe you should trying cooking too!
